Use this form to send your part challenge for review. This portal creates a digital job record in THIELEN 3D’s cloud system and gives you a Job ID. V14 also includes updated Worker API code with CORS support for browser submissions.

File upload note: This version creates the job record first. Direct large-file upload is still a future step. After submission, email photos/STL/3MF/STEP/PDF files to [email protected] with your Job ID in the subject. Direct file upload is the next version.

Emergency Note

Emergency machine-down services may be available based on schedule and project requirements. Emergency response begins at $2,000 upfront. Engineering, materials, printing, and production are quoted separately.

How the THIELEN 3D Process Works

Describe the part, problem, urgency, and available files.
2. Job ID Created
Your request receives a unique THIELEN 3D job number.
3. Engineering Review
We review fit, material, risk, scanning needs, CAD needs, and manufacturability.
4. Scope & Quote
Work begins only after scope, pricing, and payment are approved.
5. Scan / CAD / Improve
If needed, we scan the physical part, rebuild CAD, or improve the design.
6. Manufacture
Approved parts move into slicing, material selection, and rapid manufacturing.
7. Quality Check
Parts are visually reviewed against the agreed project scope.
8. Pickup / Delivery
You receive completion instructions and next steps.

THIELEN 3D treats customer files, photos, drawings, scans, and project information as private business information used for project review and manufacturing discussion. By submitting files or photos, the customer confirms they have the right to provide those materials for review.

This submission is not an engineering certification, safety certification, or guarantee of production. Safety-critical, regulated, high-load, high-temperature, or machine-critical parts may require additional engineering review, testing, or an outside specialist.
