How We Design Your Fixture

1. Define the Task
Tell us what the fixture needs to do — locate, clamp, guide, inspect. We need to understand your process before designing the tool.
2. Design + Review
We create a CAD model in Fusion 360 and share for approval before printing. Revisions are fast — most fixtures take one or two iterations.
3. Print + Validate
We print, inspect against requirements, and ship or deliver. Reorder pricing is manufacturing cost only — no re-engineering fee on reorders.
