We set up the scanner, capture the geometry from multiple angles, and process the point cloud into a clean mesh. Complex parts may require multiple scan setups.

3. CAD + Deliver
We clean up the mesh, create a parametric CAD model in Fusion 360, validate dimensions against the physical part, and deliver files in your required format.
